About us
The Angler's Inn, a spacious Victorian Bed and Breakfast is your 'Home away from Home' to rest and enjoy the historic and outdoor adventure of Harpers Ferry, WV and the Blue Ridge Mountains. In classic B&B style, our gourmet breakfasts are made from scratch each day and served in our dining area. We offer refreshments and homemade cookies to enjoy on our porches in the afternoons and our four guest rooms rooms with private baths are unique, beautiful and comfortable,.
Fresh mountain air and peaceful rivers converge at the Potomac and Shenandoah Rivers in historic Harpers Ferry creating the perfect backdrop to explore a fascinating chapter of our nation's history, hike in picture perfect scenery, play in our rivers, and enjoy antiquing or wine tasting. Debbi & Bryan Kelly and their staff have been sharing their hospitality and personal service with travelers for 20 years in Harpers Ferry and look forward to meeting you on your next visit.
OUR ROOMS
As a Circa 1875 Victorian home, each of our four Guest Rooms has its own personality, it's own private sitting room and private bath. We provide luxurious robes, quality linens, towels and toiletries for your comfort. Our B&B has central air-conditioning for your comfort and wireless access for your convenience. OUR SERVICES
Breakfast
In classic B&B style, a delectable
breakfasts is a special part of your stay with us, albeit socially distanced at this time. Made from scratch and from the heart breakfast is served to you in our dining area. Starting with a creative fruit course, muffins, breads or scones, we alternate between sweet and savory entrees such as Toasted Almond French Toast, Buttermilk Waffles, Omelets, or our popular Baked Eggs and Grits dish. Each entree includes a breakfast meat option such as Sausage or our famous Spiced Bacon. Coffee, Tea and Juice are always on hand. We are pleased to accomodate special diet needs with advance notice.
Amenities & Daily Housekeeping
In the time honored tradition of a classic B&B, we provide all bed linens and towels along with robes. Your private bath is stocked with personal use shampoo, cream rinse, body wash, and soap as well as a hair dryer. Our Daily services include freshening your guest room and bath. Fresh towels are provided if desired. 'Do Not Disturb' signs are available if that is your preference.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available in any dollar amount and they never expire. We can personalize them for you and email or snail mail them to you or the recipient. Please give us a call for assistance - 304-535-1239
Booking Details
Each Guest Room has a Weekday & Weekend Rate that vary by season. Double Occupancy Prices are detailed in room descriptions and range from $129 - $195 per night.
Weekday: Sunday thru Thursday
Weekend: Friday & Saturday
Generally we request a 2 night stay on the weekends.
Single Occupancy Rates available for Weekdays. A reduction of $15 per night will be adjusted when finalizing reservation with credit card by phone.
Group Reservations are limited to 2 guest rooms.
We can accomodate children over the age of 12.
Sorry, No Pets.
Free Parking is available on the premises, 1 car per room.
The house is non-smoking throughout. We allow smoking on outside porches.

We continue to receive compliments for the quiet atmosphere we have while remaining without TVs.
NPS Per Diem
We are delighted to host National Park employees or other government workers on business and paying with a Government Credit card. Pricing follows perdiem for Jefferson County, WV. We include our continental breakfast each morning in the rate. We can provide rate confirmation & # for Concur. FEMA ID WV5108.
High Season may not always be available at Per Diem & during January & February, if availability doesn't show on our calendar, please email. Your reservation inquiry will not reflect your per diem rate, we will adjust this upon finalizing.

Hiking
Stunning overlooks hikes and flat river trails are available in Harpers Ferry. Maryland Heights, Loudoun Heights, Jefferson Rock, Virginius Island and the C&O Canal are our most popular adventures. Guided hiking is available thru River & Trail Outfitters
Biking
The C&O Canal is famous for it's flat, packed dirt trail along the Potomac River. We have porches for stowing your own bikes at our B&B, or rent bikes at the Outfitter at Harpers Ferry, River Rivers, or River and Trail Outfitters

Water Sports & Ziplines
Harpers Ferry is famous for Tubing, Rafting, Kayaking, Canoeing on the Potomac and Shenandoah Rivers. We have 3 local outfitters all set up with Ziplines and other adventures to fill your days with adventure!
Historic Sites
Harpers Ferry National Park exhibit area is located 3/4 mile from us. Numerous museums, self-guided and ranger guided tours give you the opportunity to explore the exciting role Harpers Ferry has played in our nation's history through George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Lewis & Clark, John Brown, the Civil War, the Industrial Revolution, C&O Canal, the Niagra Movement and more. Fishing Guide Service
The Angler's Inn specializes in Smallmouth Bass fishing on the nationally famed Potomac and Shenandoah Rivers through our fishing outfitters White Fly Outfitters.
We offer packages to stay at the B&B and take a Guided Fishing trip. See more below. You may stay with us without fishing and you may fish with us without staying.
Horseback Riding
Enjoy amazing river and mountain scenery with Elk Mountain Trails. Advance reservations are recommended.
Fall Foliage
Peaking around Halloween our mountains and valleys are vibrant and colorful from mid-October thru early November
Shopping
Harpers Ferry has a fun collection of shops in the lower town and more in midtown. The surrounding towns of Shepherdstown, Frederick, Hagerstown, Winchester, Purcellville and Leesburg offer even more.
Wineries

Cancellation Policy
As we are a small Bed and Breakfast, cancellations greatly affect us. When you reserve a room, we agree to turn away all other requests for that room, and you agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days you reserve it. If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days in advance for any reason, you are subject to one night's room charge. If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours in advance, or do not arrive for your reservation on the day scheduled, you are subject to the charge for the entire stay booked. Once you arrive, you are responsible for all days reserved.
